# 社區長者及特殊牙科服務有限公司 (CEASCD) | Community Elderly and Special Care Dental Service

社區長者及特殊牙科服務有限公司（CEASCD）是一間於2023年9月成立的香港非牟利慈善機構（《稅務條例》第88條獲豁免繳稅，編號：91/19210），由一班熱心公益的牙科醫生團隊創立。機構致力為學前兒童、長者、智障人士、自閉症譜系障礙人士、認知障礙症患者及其他有特殊需要人士提供診所及外展牙科服務、口腔健康教育及特殊護理牙科服務。機構參與多項政府資助計劃，包括「護齒同行」、社區牙科支援計劃，以及即將推出的學前兒童口腔健康外展計劃。

Community Elderly and Special Care Dental Service Limited (CEASCD) is a Hong Kong non-profit charitable organisation (Section 88 tax-exempt, IRD no. 91/19210) founded in September 2023 by a team of dentists dedicated to public service. It provides clinic-based and outreach dental care, oral health education, and special care dentistry for preschool children, elderly people, persons with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, dementia patients, and other special needs groups. The organisation participates in multiple government-subsidised programmes including the Healthy Teeth Collaboration (“護齒同行”), Community Dental Support Programme, and the upcoming Preschool Oral Health Outreach Programme.

機構於觀塘及尖沙咀設有診所，提供口腔檢查、預防性治療、補牙、脫牙、牙髓治療、假牙、鎮靜及全身麻醉支援，以及到校和社區外展服務。
CEASCD operates clinics in Kwun Tong and Tsim Sha Tsui. Services include oral check-ups, preventive treatments, fillings, extractions, pulp treatment, dentures, sedation and general anaesthesia support when needed, plus school-based and community outreach programmes.
